Ikagrit is one coach working with a small number of people. This page says plainly what the site records about you, where it goes, and how to get it back or have it deleted — because you deserve to know that before you tell me anything personal.

If you only browse

Nothing. There is no Google Analytics here, no Meta pixel, no advertising or tracking scripts, and no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. You can read every public page — what I do, how I work, what it costs — without an account and without being recorded.

If you send the contact form

I keep the name, email address, and message you type. So that a first message from someone who took real effort to reach out never sits unread, the form sends that name, email, and message straight to my phone through a private Telegram bot that only I can read.

Telegram is not a Canadian company, so your message passes through their servers on the way to me. That is a deliberate trade and I would rather you know about it: please do not put anything in that box you would not want leaving Canada. If something is sensitive, say so briefly and we can take it somewhere better once we are talking.

If you book a call

Booking runs on Cal.com, which collects your name, email, and whatever the booking questions ask. When a booking is made, moved, or cancelled, Cal.com tells my site and I get a phone alert carrying your name, the time, and the session title — not any answers you wrote.

If you make an account

Signing in sends a magic link to your email. The account stores your email address, your name if you gave one, when you were created, and where you sit in my own follow-up list — whether we have spoken yet, whether a consult is booked, whether you are currently working with me.

If you become a client, I also record the work itself: which package you are on, what it costs per month, when the block started and ends, and how many sessions have been used.

My notes about our work

I keep private working notes about our sessions — what we are focused on, what is helping, what to return to next time. These are my own notes, held to the same standard as everything else here, and they are visible only to me. They are never sent to Telegram, never emailed, and never shown to anyone else.

If you would rather I keep no written notes, say so and I will stop. It costs a little continuity between sessions and nothing else.

Where it lives

Everything with your account on it — your profile, your engagement, my notes — sits in a database hosted in Canada (Supabase, Canadian Central region). I do not sell it, share it, or hand it to anyone. Telegram and Cal.com, described above, are the only two places anything about you deliberately leaves the country.

How long I keep it

For as long as you are a client, and for a reasonable stretch afterwards in case you come back — coaching relationships often pause and resume, and starting from nothing is a real loss. If you would rather I not hold it that long, ask and I will clear it sooner.

Your say in it

Under Canadian privacy law you can ask me what I hold about you, and I will tell you — including my notes. You can ask me to correct anything wrong.

You can also ask me to delete your account and everything attached to it. There is no self-serve delete button; I do removals by hand so nothing goes wrong quietly, and I will confirm to you when it is done. Write to me from the contact page or email me directly.

If you would rather not be recorded at all, do not make an account. Everything public here is readable without one, and you are welcome to just email me.
